We consider our apartment to be home from home, we simply ask that you treat it as you would your own home. We require a £100.00 deposit before you rent the apartment, which is non-refundable in the event of any loss or damage to the property during your stay. Please leave the apartment as you find it on your arrival. Towels: Please use the blue towels only for the beach / pool. Sports Equipment: Please lock all Golf Clubs, Surfboards…etc in the lockable storage area provided in the garage as we prefer not to have this equipment in the apartment. Smoking: The apartment is strictly Non-Smoking The Keys: These are to be kept safe at all times please return these in the self addressed envelope we have provided. Garage Remote: This is an electronic remote which operates the garage door below the apartment. Parking Space: The allocated space is number six. Checking In And Out: The check in time is 2pm – The check out time is 11am.
